These apartments are absolutely lovely to live in! The pool and cook-out area is beautiful and relaxing to hang out. They also frequently have small parties and get-togethers to enjoy!

After living at Butternut Ridge for 8 yrs I can say I have been extremely happy! The management and maintenance staff are the BEST! The pool and club house make you feel like you're at a resort!

It's been a great experience, and I am very happy to live here. Management and maintenance are friendly, and caring about anything needing assistance. They are also always quick to respond no matter what the ask is. Thumbs up all around!

My son recently rented an apartment on a short term lease for his summer internship in Cleveland. Living at Butternut Ridge was a wonderful experience for him! The office staff was Fantastic! Incredibly responsive and helpful with coordination of move-in and very helpful with sharing resources in the area since he was coming from out of state. The two times he had small maintenance issues, they had someone there almost immediately. The Apartment was very clean upon move-in and the complex is in... a safe and convenient area. Would not hesitate to rent from Butternut Ridge again!!
