New upscale property in Newark, Ohio. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom garden units with 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor options. Some 1 bed units, all 2 and 3 bedrooms come with a patio on 1st floor and balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors. Each apartment has 10ft ceilings with tall upgraded kitchen cabinets. All kitchens have quartz premium countertops and upgraded pendant lights above the kitchen islands. LP engineered flooring thru out the unit and carpet in the bedrooms and walk in closest. Each unit has a linen closet, pantry and walk-in closets for extra storage. Every unit also has washer and dryer hookups for stackable units only. If you do not have one you can rent them for $50 per month. Ask for details. Pets are welcome and we are a pet friendly complex offering pet stations thru-out the community. A large pond with a 1/2 mile walking track around it for your enjoyment. We have park benches for you to sit and enjoy nature at its finest. The pond has a family of ducks and geese and a surprise visit by a bald eagle a couple times a month. The pool is beautiful and we offer a extended pool season for April to October. The pool area has a gas grill and fire pit available for your pleasure. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day with free weights, work stations nautilus equipment. Water bottle filling stations and televisions just a extra perk. In the Clubhouse we have several board games for residents to use. For a sweet treat you can stop in Monday - Friday for fresh baked cookies and we have a top of the line Coffee and Hot Chocolate bar available 24 hour a day.
