The property has been sold and the floorplans listed as apartnents are being converted to condos with prices starting at 300k for 1 bedroom apartnents. New tenants are not being told this when they sign leases, only to find out after they'll have to move or buy when the lease is up.
It's an absolute mess and current management does not care about the state of the property.
