Poor property management, generally conflictive for some reason. hallways always dirty. They have improved picking up the consistent trash hanging around the lawns of the property within the past few years which is a plus.Have done a good job maintaining the pool as well. Hallways smell, have raised rent prices disproportionately to the amount of maintenance / renovations. General maintenance requests done by team when they desire. In addition, have had 2 experiences where they will delete... payment method done by team, and will provide a 3 day notice to begin eviction. Have lived here for years and am on direct deposit, no issues on my end with billing. Could be a cash grab for them to charge late fees.

Reeks of smoke, NOT a non smoking complex.
These apartments are not great. They allow smoking in all units unfortunately, so the hallways and rooms always reek of week and cigarettes. It’s disgusting. Leasing office says there is “nothing they can do” about long term ongoing odor disturbances from neighbors, even despite informing them it is a health risk. I would suggest leasing elsewhere, somewhere cleaner and where they value your health and well being.

I wouldn't do it
Very very horrible management. I do not recommend moving in this building. They never answer the phone. They're hours on the website is a lie. It seems no one is in the office when you need to see them about an issue in your home. A very inconvenient place to stay. I wouldn't do it. I'm so happy I'm finally moving out of this place. Worst experience ever in my life.

Not worth
Units are very dirty, lighting is awful, hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. Leasing office is unkind and extremely unhelpful.
