Building is less than a year old. Two residents have had their foot go through their showers, the AC duct work is causing mold throughout the entire building as they did not insulate their pipes causing condensation is all the insulation and drywall. In my own apartment on the first floor, we had water come through our hanging light fixture from the upstairs dishwasher. No one ever came out to fix or check our electrical lines that were water damaged. My daughter’s room had mold growing in the... corner, when they cut the ceiling open two months ago, they pulled down A LOT of insulation and covered it with a plastic sheet. Nothing has been done since, no mold treatment, nothing. The AC drain backed up and when we called emergency maintenance they didn’t show up until the next day. After my daughter entire rooms carpet was SOAKED. It has now started peeling up from the door as I’m sure the adhesive is done for and mold is growing. It was soaking wet for over 2 months and we had to keep using towels to soak up water. They have done nothing for this. The manager in the office, Brittany, like to run from the residents and hide in her office and cry when confronted. She worries more about her hair and makeup more than the residents, she is almost never at the apartment. My husband called other pivotal properties to find her. Smoke free? Nope. Guy next to our apartment smokes marijuana and it stinks up the entire hallway and apartment. Nothing has been done about that either. Dog park? Nope. Doesn’t exist. But you have some TALL grass in front of the building that coyotes like to hide in, so don’t take your dog near there at night. The apartment hasn’t cut it all year. Building might get cleaned once a week at max. The walls are thin and if you have any kids above you, it’ll sound like an African safari. Overall, find somewhere else. I promise there is better out there.

Gift Card
This place is a joke, trailside loft is offering gift card promotion. I been here two months and no gift card. I was promise my first gift in January. I decided too hold my February, trailside put a letter in my door way to vacate the apartment. Do not livehere, only live here if trailside promise to give you your gift card when you pay your first rent.
