The community is well kept, maintenance responds appropriately as well. It’s an older apartment complex, but quiet and safe. The only negative is communication. At times, water is turned off due to a community issue, but I’ve yet to see a text or email. But, If you have direct questions, the leasing office is informative and will get back to you.

We love it here. Awesome staff and close to everything stores and food. Good schools here too.

Great place to live
Good people who care. Maintenance and office people work to help. The town homes are huge and they have a big pool.

Horrible Maintenence and poor customer service
Maintenaince is not upto the mark. their leasing office staff has limited knnowledge on their policies and poor communication. They treat as if they don't care

Maintenance is Timely, Office Staff are Nice!
I think Mallard Crossing is the perfect place to live. Samantha in the office was a pleasure to work with, and any problem I had at move-in was fixed promptly and same-day! Maintenance staff are approachable and friendly. Highly recommend!
