Apartment management would rather sell new apartments and upcharge the rent then fix problems in units where people stay. Front door is broken, been broken for months. No smoke detector in laundry room. Laundry room doesn't have dryer hooked up in the back. People walking around asking for cigarettes or money. Prostitutes come in and out of the building all day. Random people buzzing your doorbell even though the door is broken and unlocked. Hallways smell gross. Leaking showers and toilets from... apartments upstairs. I would find somewhere else to live.

awesome
Its an awesome place to live, the manager is a very generous and nice person the building is kept clean and the studios are great! Full size kitchen tops it off without sacrificing room in the rest of the apartment!
