My neighbor told me about a review on this site. We love being here, and I have pride and don't want the wrong people saying something about our home. This place is wonderful and everything they have said they were going to do they are doing. New pitched roofs, landscaping, remodeling, etc. Maintenance has never been an issue for me, 2 years and everything always has worked. We all feel that we are safe and if we need them they are there fast. We love our home and this place is fantastic... and for what we pay and get, it makes it easy to have a nice life too.

Great Place
Child friendly. Management and staff is very friendly and helpful. I have lived here 4 yrs. I have been very happy here. I love the new improvements. I have never had any problems with services orders, they handled mine very quickly. I have seen so many bad reports and don't like it. this place is a very nice place for families. I love it here and have and will continue to be very happy here with my family.

I Love My Home!
I've been living here for about 2 years now, and have never had an issue. Management is great - they handle maintenance concerns right away, and are always very polite. They have made a lot of renovations in my time here. My apartment is beautiful with the new wood floors and open floor plan. They also put up a new roof and larger wood balconies, which my family loves. Neighbors are quiet, and friendly. Great prices on rent, and utilities are pretty low in Lodi. I'm very happy and plan on... staying here for a long time!
