Impossible to communicate with anyone in the leasing office at all. The entire system is run by poor automation that does not answer questions that you ask it. I have left messages for a week with no response from a person. The only communication that I have received from this building came after I put in an application, which requires you to link a bank account for rent verification (no one else has asked for this anywhere I applied). The communication I received after the application was only... to tell me they could not find my pet application which I was forced to complete using a secondary system which is an additional fee as well.
