This house is a slab home, no basement but has a shed in the back yard for storage. Washer & Dryer hook up. No Garage. Tenant pays gas, electric, cable, internet. A $175 pre-paid charge for water, sewer & trash charges will be added to the account balance each month and paid with the rent payment. The charges will then be adjusted when the quarterly water bill is received from the Village of Lakemore. The security deposit is equal to one month rent. This is a No Pet and No Smoking unit. All applicants 18 years or older will fill out an application and there is a credit and background check or the applications. Proof of Renter's Insurance is required prior to move in. The fee is $50 and is non-refundable. All showings are by appointment only and scheduled Monday thru Friday 9:30 to 5:00 PM & Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. No Sunday showings, no evening showings, no Holidays.
