Tons of room with great privacy. Well maintained with spacious living spaces. Landlord is responsive and respectful. The free EV charger is also a great plus.

Hidden Pines Town Homes is and has been a nice place to live. The owner, manager and other staff/assistants I have met or conversed with have been very friendly. It is about give or take a 10 minute drive from campus but the location feels secluded surrounded by the trees. They have been timely with all communication and the town home itself is in pretty good condition. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly thanks to maintenance.

These townhomes are comfortable and roomy. The setting in the woods is also really relaxing. The maintenance staff are polite, kind and efficient. They did an excellent job keeping everyone safe during the snow storm as well. Debbie is the kindest most helpful Property mgrs I've ever worked with. She is quick with responses and one of the most caring managers I've ever had. It feels good to know that as long as I abide by my lease she will always be available to respond.

Nice and tucked away from the busy traffic. The prices are cheap and very affordable for college students. Maintained clean throughout the week. The housing is comfortable with ac and heat!

God I love it here, you’re not going to find a better place to call home in Kent. Finding a reliable apartment that actually gets taking care of is a big deal for me coming from out is state. It’s also nice having students living near by you in one big community, I’m glad this place has been my home, I’ve made many memories here
