Middle of the road. Its not a terrible place to live, but certainly not the best. Especially since they started construction on renovations.

It’s okay living here but it needs a whole new everything. Air stopped working and the heat. I do not like how maintenance comes in and out of the apartment whenever and the office does as well.

This is definitely a character building apartment complex. It was fine. I never had any issues with parking, the furniture was fine. Had a few issues with maintenance, but overall okay experience.

Amenities are not working properly, rent is getting too expensive. Roads are not corrected. I didn’t expect to get locked out of my apartment either. I have lived here for 4 years and while there are some parts I like, others I do not. Like the apartments themselves could be upgraded with better quality. The gym can be upgraded too to have more equipment and better experience. Our air conditioning system still has a wall in unit rather than getting fixed.
