HAPPY TO LIVE HERE
I have lived here for sometime and am very happy with maint and the quality of my home. I have done just that, made it my home. They let me paint, and hang things. I have decorated my back patio with Christmas lights, it is my fenced in zen area. I am very lucky to have found this gorgeous, safe community to live in.

do not move in
Do not move into this place management is terrible maintenance does a half jack job and they want to charge you to fix terrible plumbing issues they refuse to fix correctly, overflow of parking, the apartment complex was trashed and never cleaned. Would not recommend moving in

Home at Heathwood
I am proud to call Heathwood village my home for almost 5 years. We started out in a 2 br and transferred to a 3 br. They have a pool that is monitored by staff and a secure weight room. They are quick to take care of any maintenance issues or any other issues that may arise. The entire staff is very friendly, with my favorites being Tammy and Fred. The grounds are well cared for on a daily basis and flowers provided at no charge to all residents in late May. They are also a pet friendly... community.

Home Sweet Home
My husband and I were looking for an apartment that was in between Zanesville and Columbus. After tons of searching we found a great home! We love having so much space! Maintainance is really good about keeping up with requests and doing lots of updates. We live in a safe neighborhood that is very close to a playground, the pool, fitness center, and elementary school. I would feel comfortable raising a family here. :)
