Liars

Don't go to this place. if they don't accept you they try not to give you your deposit back. they also lie. DONT GO HERE.

Don't rent

Wasps get into the apartments because they live in the patio floorboards. My bathroom fan has leaked water, in addition to pipes under both kitchen and bathroom sinks. Laundry facilities are the worst I have ever experienced. They can't seem to change the pricing on the machines, so some are $2 and some are $1.25. They also break constantly and leave only a few operational. Poorly maintained. They need a total renovation.

Quiet though.

Unpleasant Experience

Do not rent from Greenbriar! There are ants, leaky pipes, ceiling damage, the carpet is old and smelly, the floorboards underneath are uneven, and the laundry facilities do not properly wash or dry clothes.
