Our washing machines for entire building have been cut access to for two months now and we receive no updates or see anyone here attempting to even fix them. Hallways are never kept clean here either. If you call to ask for help you don’t even get a voicemail or call back. Only good thing is that the apartment inside is nice but everything else you deal with isn’t worth it. Disappointing.
