I was fooled by management and their buzz words. I was told my unit was NEWLY remodeled, a new paint job does not equal newly remodeled. The windows leak, my bathroom ceiling leaks and has produced a hole from the leaking water, NONE of my doors inside have latches on them so none of them close.I have to hope my company does not have to use the bathroom because the door doesn't close. The first month here my car was vandalized INSIDE the Garage property management didn't care. The constant drug... dealing in the parking lot is unbelievable. Management will lure you in with the whole we care about our property and tenants, we are improving and making changes lie. If you absolutely need a place to stay because you will be on the streets in the middle of the winter sure live here but if you have choices this should not be anywhere near the top or middle.
