We were given a 24 hour notice back in April for them to come inspect our apartment so we gave prior notice maybe two days prior notice for them to give us a call and time and we would make sure we’re there for the inspection. We would make sure we had off of work. They failed to do so they show up to our house unannounced. We’ve been making service requests to fix our dishwasher cause it’s had a leak and they’ve failed to fix that. They keep closing our work orders saying they’re complete when they’re not they finally reached out to us saying oh we’ve had the wrong number when they’ve had both of mine and my fiancé‘s number for over a year, so we finally said we’re not renting again I would not rent from this company. I've been renting a 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level apartment in Condor Gardens for about 14 months. The staff are pleasant and the building is well maintained and there is ample parking for residents.

Pros:
- About 10 minutes from the center of Elyria and about 15 minutes from Oberlin; not far from shopping and there is a convenience store and two restaurants in walking distance.
- Allows cats (but requires an up front fee).
- Walls are thick enough not to hear other residents in their... apartments (though you can hear people in the hall).
- Has air conditioning.
- Heating is free.

Cons:
- Washer and dryer are shared by the building and consist of one set of machines is shared by 12 apartments and the machines are operated by a pre-paid card. Machines are often in use and residents often leave their laundry in the machines for a long time after the load is finished.
- Cost went up over 50 dollars in the past year and management said it will go up next year as well; these increases eliminate the cost edge the apartment complex had over other options.
- Kitchen is TINY with very little cabinet space.
- The only internet you can have there is Time Warner (they have some sort of deal which controls the cable hook up for the building). Read More
