The Best! The staff was so helpful to me. When it was snowy or icy they would put my garbage can out or make sure driveway was cleared.
Maintenance response was always fast!! A very quiet place to live. If it were not for my health I would still be there.

Happy with our new home I have already reviewed this place once before I moved in and how their staff impressed us enough after visiting and touring soooo many other places that we decided that Redwood would be our place. The response from the office has been great in getting us all of our documents and even helping with a really weird resident portal issue I was having. They met us in the office with their Maintenace guy and walked us through the apartment (They call these apartments, but they... are more like houses) and went over everything there was to know about our model. I am continually impressed by this location's staff and their mission to make this feel like your home.

Outstanding Resident Experience Cannot say enough good things about Kelly, Mary and their team at Redwood Delaware. From immediate response to maintenance requests, to neighborhood social gatherings, this operation makes you feel comfortable and valued.
They set a bar all Redwood properties should be measured by.

It’s home Never has an apartment felt more like a home, with none of the hassles. I can’t say enough about Kelly, Mary and the maintenance crew at the DelawRe Redwood. We loved it so much we stayed with Redwood after our move to Sandusky
