Place is nice, a lot of small issues are piling up however Place has been very good, nice quality and good location. Do have some small gripes with the unit however (lots of problems with doors and the dishwasher, which has needed fixed several times already). Maintenance dispatch has been very poor. Weve been told several times that Maintenance is coming on X day and they never show. In our 8 days here we have called maintenance 3 times and 2 of the 3 times they have not showed up and we had to... call back again (almost like they forgot? Im not sure). Actual maintenance guys have been great, i just dont think they are being routed here appropriately. Have some gripes with the internet package with spectrum, but thats not a huge deal. Read More

Great place, great location, but some details left out I just moved into the apartment and really like it. However as I moved in, I noticed there are no towel racks or even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I asked about it, and the manager said if I wanted to put them in, I could. Really?! Everything else seems pretty good, but this seems like a big oversight. What apartment expects the tenant to put in there own toilet paper holder?
