I was approved for an apartment on last week to return back, and then management called and advised it was overturned based on and inspection
report i tried to get and understand and they hung up knowing they were lying i called corporate office, corporate official told me because i had issue with staff 2 years ago, they did not want me to return .. here my issue how can you approve me and then call me and lie based on and inspection report knowing its because when i was there i had to correct... and older worker there for his terrible work and not completing damage. you overrode my approval based on here say then lied saying state of ohio inspection report .. this is just the first start of my complaint. its sad this is discrimination on a lie. Luxury Apartments!!!! Lobby, Doorman, Gym, Elevator, Community Room & Very Spacious Apartments.

This is the most lovely place to live in Dayton, Ohio. There’s a sense of community in the building and in the surrounding neighborhood. I’ve lived here for 4yrs. Before here I lived at Autumn Woods and Dayton Towers.

Apartment is walking distance from The Art Institute, Masonic Temple, Great Miami River & Downtown Dayton.

Apartment was built in 1960s. Needs repairs. Water shuts off twice a week... and sometimes elevator is down. Management needs to fix these things.

Great starter apartment for someone just starting out and very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, apartments are spacious. The people living there are mainly elderly and sometimes the building and elevators especially smell like cigarettes or marijuana.

The area around isn’t the best location which is why I’m rating it 3/5 stars. Again, great starter apartment but the area isn’t the safest (be sure to buy a parking spot), however, the building is secure.
