You’ll feel like you’re living in a badly flipped condo and wake up to the 3am garbage trucks everyday due to the poor insulation. The management is also useless. Make sure they fix any issues before you sign a lease.

Don’t Move Here, Horrible Communication No Accountability!
I moved in on 6/29. It is now 8/03 I have been complaining about paint being left of the floors prior to move in, painting peeling off walls rubbing off on clothes and furniture , the light above the shower head dangling exposing loose wires. I asked mutiple times for them to handle these problems nothing was fixed…they pushed the light back in place painted nothing and never got paint up horribly managed place….you can tell they rushed when building this property in hope to earn quick bucks…... give it year before you consider this place!!!!!
