My lease is up March 1 but they asked us to vacate or be threatened with eviction. Being the time of year it is it took over a month to find a place and have to pay rent on 2 places plus deposits. When I found out that I asked about month to month and was told they would remodel when we moved out. No I got an eviction letter again today in these frigid and icy conditions we we getting evicted when they have my deposit and I have had water issues and repairs in my bathroom since I moved in. Now... let's talk about the overflowing dumpsters everyday. They had 6 and removed to 4. Now let's talk about the drug dealing here and 3 gunshots a few weeks ago outside my window.
