This community is so amazing, our experience from start to finish has been nothing short of perfect. Chris has gone above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new place in Trotwood.

The neighborhood community here at Bloomfield is one of the best I’ve lived at! I feel safe and comfortable. Everyone here is friendly! I live in a townhouse and it is very well taken care of by our maintenance man! The office is awesome! If I ever have a question it’s all ways a good experience! I highly recommend Bloomfield to anyone seeking friendly and polite staff and an again a great community!

I’ve had such a positive experience living at Bloomfield Apartments. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like a safe, welcoming community. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the office team always makes you feel like a priority.
The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I especially love the natural light, updated appliances... , and the overall clean, peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. It’s a great place to call home.
