My husband and I cannot say enough great things about The Seasons Residences. The condos are beautiful and spacious, the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, everything and everyone is very pet friendly. The move in process was easy and efficient, the move out process is proving to be the same! We would've stayed forever had our dream home not popped up on the market. In our time here we only had two maintenance issues and both were addressed properly and quickly upon us reporting them. The... online portal is very user friendly, payment and maintenance requests were easy to submit. Truly, the gem of this complex is the property manager Hilda. The condos sell themselves but Hilda makes the process easy and fun, she truly makes you feel like you belong and are a part of the family.

Great place to live!
My husband and I moved in to a Lakewood model in December of 2019. Krista has been fantastic to work with! We were on quite a time crunch and although there were some delays, she still made sure we were in our new home three weeks before our deadline. The facilities here are also amazing. The gym room is nice, clean, and well equipped. The shared space is very large and beautiful and can be easily reserved if needed!
On top of all of this, our living space is absolutely gorgeous. There are... plenty of windows for natural light and beautiful, tall vaulted ceilings. The new appliances were a really big selling point for us. Brand new samsung smart appliances cut our utilities by 2/3. We absolutely love it here, even with the construction happening in our backyard. We hardly notice is and when we do, it's typically because another unit was built right under our nose with hardly any noise or disturbances.
Overall, the community is great. The neighbors we do have are friendly, Krista is great to work with, and we absolutely love it here.
