I’ve seen it all. I grew up here and I’ve stayed here because I love it so much. The pool is so nice and the neighbors are diverse and friendly. Tbh I walk around at night in the summer barefoot and it feels like a quiet country park. It’s THAT quiet AND CLEAN. You CANNOT find a better maintenance crew.Maria is our home girl and she truly runs the show. The apartments are stylish and updated but the porch/balconies/patios are truly the cherry ontop. Not to mention family oriented. We still have... trick or treaters!!!! Great grassy areas for pets too and the gym is hardly ever used. I would recommend it for everyone. Not to mention the private garages make life so much easier. I never have to fight for parking and it’s included in rent. They installed us a new microwave, oven, dishwasher, and W&D units (all full sized) thru out the years. Feel free to paint and hang photos, they have a professional “move out” procedure that resets each apt for the next family. Never had a package stolen. The Amazon/pizza/mail people know the area and if they struggle it ends up at the office and a mass email goes out. This community definitely upholds an expectation of respect.

CONS; the handi cap apartments are not for everyone. I do not recommend ONLY because the driveways here can be steep in some spots and that might be difficult for a wheelchair user. Other than that the crew is willing to bend over backwards to do whatever you need for accommodations. Read More

I moved to Fairway Park in March 2021. I love having an attached garage and a washer and dryer in my unit. It is so quiet and peaceful here and the neighbors are fantastic! I am so happy I made this move! All I have to do here is live....the staff takes care of everything! Such a peaceful, quiet and safe living environment!

We just moved into Fairway Park. The leasing office staff was excellent and helped us navigate a stressful moving process. They answered my questions with kindness and quick responses. We have enjoyed our time here so far!

My wife and I have been living here for more than a year and a half now and absolutely love it. We picked this place in part because of the high ratings the management team had online, and they've really lived up to it. The maintenance team is also terrific and very responsive. The apartments themselves are great (the attached garage is fantastic) and just felt cleaner than any other place we looked at. The location is pretty amazing for someone moving into the area. It's two minutes from the... highway and there are a couple dozen restaurants within 10 minutes either direction. The location/price/what was included fit what my wife and I wanted in an apartment. Great place to live if you do not have pets. If you do, prepare to pay for new carpet when you move out-regardless of the condition of your apartment. Animals aside, great location, really amazing staff and any repair/maintenance issues will be handled promptly.
