DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I moved here just about 3 months ago ! They originally lost my security deposit AFTER they already let me move in ! The first week here my neighbors home got broken into . Not to mention the lady karen I was working with wrote my lease for the wrong address & gave the keys to the wrong address so I HAD to get a key made for my home because she gave me the wrong ones. Maintenance takes 2-3 weeks to even come out and complete task you ask for . No one ever mention anything... about any mice . I have found more than 15 mice in my unit !!!! So i have field mice in my home & the office told me I would have to wait almost a week for some to come out and do anything about it . Hot water doe NOT work even after they put a new heating tank in my home the HOT water last about 10-15 mins then you have to wait 45 mins for it to restart . I’ve experienced ALL these issues and more just in the little time of me being here . They “ highly recommend “ you pay your bills through the online portal but i’ve been here 3 months it hasn’t worked yet . I went in to get assistance with the online portal and the lady couldn’t even figure out how to get me logged in or set up. I can not wait until my lease is up I would not recommend moving here

WORST LANDLORDS!!!
I haven’t even lived here a full year and I have had nothing but problems since day one . When i first moved in the gave me keys and a lease that had my name on it but was not the correct unit . ON MOVE IN DAY the unit was still not ready. When I put in request for things to get fixed they would never fix them but send emails stating it was. I HAVE FOUND MORE THAN 20 MICE in my unit. Maintenance & the staff are aware of how they are getting in my unit and still have not fixed the matter . I have... reported them to the city and the HUD dept . I had a leak in maintenance room they tore the vanity to my sink out and never sealed it back put a hole in my wall and just left it . I can’t wait until my lease up i’m out of here !! NEVERRRR MOVE HERE !!!
