Definitely recommend
So far, the apartments have been really nice, the neighborhood is quiet, yet there’s many things to do in the area. Walls are pretty sound reduced as well!

I’ve been resident at The Station since August, 2025. Still under construction, but almost done. Stylish, well-thought-out layouts. Keyless entry, trash chutes on each floor, elevator. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. The apartments are super quiet due to modular construction. My neighbor plays violin… and I’ve never heard it! Highly recommended. Competitively priced for all the amenities offered. Highly recommended.

This is my first time living in an apartment building like this and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall, I really like it. Pros: super quiet unit — you cant hear anything from neighbors, just street noise from time to time. Really responsive and nice management — they get back to you really quickly, usually same day. Living next to the east market is great. Daily walks through the conservatory - amazing. We’re also really close to alum creek bike trail and can bike to most Bexley parks. The... only con for me is that construction has been ongoing and they’ve occasionally accidentally hit the fire alarm (which is very loud). I think they’re almost done though. They’ve been patching up paint this week and I think are done building all the units :)
