Impossibly Poor Management
Do not live here. I've gone three weeks with no A/C during a severe heat advisory, and there is absolutely no accountability from maintenance or the leasing office. Maintenance provides zero updates, marks work orders as "completed" without fixing anything, and is unreachable because all communication is routed through a leasing office that never answers the phone. We've called 20+ times, left messages, and never received a single response. Visiting the office made it clear why--phones ring... nonstop with no protocol for answering them. We now have three open A/C requests because the first two were falsely marked as resolved, pushing us to the bottom of the queue each time. Calls, in-person visits, written notices--nothing gets action, even in an emergency. This place is completely unprepared to support tenants when it matters.

New maintenance!
The Quarry Luxury Apartments in Columbus, Ohio exceeded my expectations. The community is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with upscale finishes that truly feel high end. Amenities like the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are top tier, and the grounds are peaceful. Management is professional, responsive, and friendly, making residents feel valued. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, and major highways. Highly recommended for luxury living. Parking is ample and neighbors... are respectful too.
