We resided in Arbor Apartment for a while. It was very comfortable for a family with a kid. We experienced very nice days in there. Staff in office is very kindly. I certainly advice here for residing.

You just simply won't find a better all around place to live near Columbus. The rent is way more reasonable than anything else in close proximity, you are less than 10 min away from anywhere downtown and Short North, and German Village is a great, walkable neighborhood. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful. This is the first lease I have ever renewed in my life. O could not be happier with the choice that I made to live here.

I have been living here a few weeks now, and I'm in love with my apartment (2 bedroom). The gym is right around the corner - always clean. The bedrooms are the perfect size for me, so are the closets. I'm a social person, and do have a lot of friends/family over - there is always enough parking. They also have a really nice, and big community room with a pool table, and a kitchen which they used for a Super Bowl get together - it was neat. So far I've only spoken to Tessa, and Paloma. Both of... them are always really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. If there is an issue or question they will take care of you right away. I'm sure I'll be living there for a while.
