Terrible quality unit and the absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. I ended my lease early for a reason, don't move in! Know that when you move out, they will charge you for damages that existed prior to your move in and say "It will be sent to collections just so you're aware." Such a horrible company from the corporate management to the maintenance technicians that barge in and then leave your unit unlocked!

First of all, the Office Staff is amazing! Even on the hardest day when Mother Nature gives us a bad day, the Office and Maintenance crew are always friendly and quick to respond to our needs, normally within 24-48 hours! Staff and Crew puts our health and safety first! They even schedule us a 'Tenants Monthly Event' for us to help brighten our day!
Not only is TGM Meadow View Apartments located in a great area and within 1/2 mile of my... shopping, banking, eating and anything else I may want or need!
The updated amenities are so up to par and always something 'new' going on with something for everyone: Swimming pool/BBQ & Badminton area/Dog Parks/Energy efficient lighting even new modern energy efficient furnaces!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please I am trying to save you just listen. Terribly high prices for what you get. I pay 100 more at a new apartment now with twice the space better property, better managers, and better area. As a single woman i felt sooooo unsafe here. Multiple car break ins and they only send you and email and call that good management. They hire construction men who blare their playlist outside your window at 7:00 in the morning and peep into your windows. This is not a temporary thing,... they are constantly doing construction and while you might think this is a good thing, NO. The property looks half finished at all times with insulation exposed and old siding disposed everywhere. Don’t believe me? DRIVE THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD! Not to mention the creepy maintenance men who walk through the gym the whole time you are working out and stare at you to the point of making you uncomfortable. Small security deposit might have you fooled but they hit you with a HUGE bill at then end for damages and cleaning. I’m not the only person this has happen to just do your research on the reviews! At my other apartments i have always received my security deposit in full so i know it’s not because of me. I was without a washer for 2 months (which the luxury of having one in unit is factored into the rent) because no one knew what the status was on my work order i called and emailed multiple times!! I asked them to prorate my rent or help with laundromat costs as I was paying full rent which included the washer and they told me, no. They are also seem to have a termite problem which is why they are gouging people for “damages” because they know they have a bigger problem on their hands they are going to need to repair. This apartment complex is okay, not the best. But the location itself is great.
Construction has been a main issue where they randomly pop up to fix the exteriors. It has been really frustrating as it has been like this for almost a year.
I was planning on renewing the lease for another year until… they raise nearly 100 dollars. For what? Of course, to cover the offset costs for construction. In addition, the gym was under construction for at least half of my lease, which is ridiculous.
And..... the dog poop has been a big issue. I always see dog poops all over the yard around the complex. I have been informing them that but no action has been taken to prevent this.
Overall, just don’t move to this complex. I’d look somewhere else and pay a little bit more for somewhere nicer than this place. Trust me on this one. Read More
