We value our residents and want everyone to have a 5-star experience during their time here, so we’re truly sorry we didn’t meet your expectations and for any inconvenience caused. We understand how frustrating the elevator issue can be. While we do... have a 24-hour maintenance contract in place, response times can vary. In the meantime, the other two elevators to the 5th floor and the stairs to the 6th are available for use. Please don’t hesitate to contact the office directly with any concerns—we’re here to help.

Nothing but great things to say!
I have lived at Southern Station for the last year & have nothing but great things to say. I previously lived at a different apartment complex in the Grandview area and this has been much nicer in terms of amenities, experience with the leasing agents, and overall apartment quality. I highly recommend Southern Station if you're looking for a new place to live!
