I like that the units are adjacent to one another, not stacked on top, I have a studio but still feel like I have a decent amount of room. I wish the walls in between the units were thicker, I can hear more than I would like to on either side of me. There is usually a spot nearby my unit to park, and the unit / neighborhood is accessible to Karl Rd / Cleveland Ave and right near an entrance ramp to 270.
