She provided great customer service and made my experience easy and smooth. Don't move here.
Property manager has not responded to any requests, we came to the apartment with it completely DIRTY and not painted (painters left all their supplies inside the unit). There was a huge hole in the wall, the shutter from the window is laying on the ground. Closet doors are removed off the hinges, the dish washer isn't secured, you can pull it out completely. NO REQUESTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. You can't get a hold of the property manager. Horrible moving experience, especially coming from states... away.

Renewing my lease
This is a great place to live. Jamie, the property manager, is really on top of things. The property is keep clean and safe no matter the season, issue are resolved quickly and professionally. Jamie really cares about the people as well as the property she always has a smile and loves doing her job I love being a resident of Sawbury Commons and plan to continue for a long time.

Great Place to call home
I moved into Sawbury Commons over 4 months ago and I love living here. The town homes are large and have been remodeled. I have new appliances including washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator, stove and microwave. New carpets and flooring. Jamie the property manager was great to work with she is warm and friendly. When I ran into an issue in qualifying Jamie was there to help me resolve them. The maintenance team are great at their jobs. When I submitted a maintenance request they when very... quick to respond and where both respectful and professional. The property is kept clean and manicured. I have great neighbors we respect each other parking space as there is no assigned parking. I truly like living here and see myself here for sometime to come.

Apartments are beautiful
The upgrades are beautiful, and the grounds are always clean. The manager is always so helpful and nice. Im glad I decided to move here. Very happy with my experience here.
