Management is the absolute worst. There is trash everywhere outside. Raccoons got into my attic and management did nothing about it for 3 months as far as getting pest control out to get the raccoons, and did not patch the hole they were entering. Raccoon had 7 babies, and they had to go in and cut a hole to remove all the raccoon babies. After moving out, management charged me for the spots on the ceiling from raccoon urine and all they did was paint over it. They also charged me for painting... the closet, which also had urine spots from the raccoons as well as painting over the hole that was patched. To avoid not getting my security deposit back, maintenance gave me paint to paint over the spots I repaired from nails, and after I did everything myself they charged me over $1000 for a paint job of the entire house and $120 for painting the raccoon urine spots they neglected to fix. The amount of bugs in the apartment is unreal too. This place is the most depressing and most mismanaged place you could ever live. It may seem cheap but you’re better off spending your money somewhere else just so you don’t have to get screwed over and charged an extra $1400 when you move out.

Quiet but maintenance is hellish
It's cheap, unfinished basement is nice. Bathroom is ugly as heck. But maintenance is an absolute joke. They are jerks and have just walked into my unit without prior notice. We complained and they kept leaving notices they wanted to "check" this or that hit never showed up. For the most part I feel safe. But I'm always on guard and the garbage is disgusting. Neighbors are ok and can be loud. Absolutely never renting from HER again. They're rude and have stalled us. Disgusting. Good for quiet... couples with no kids or pets. Kids? Wouldn't do that again. Definitely had fleas once but after EVERYONE complianed they fixed it. Took several weeks.
