Neighbors stay to there self
Brittany and Mark (The whole team) are wonderful
Anything you need is addressed promptly
The snow removal and grounds keeping is always on time.
If you are a good tenant they are good people
They don't tolerate any nonsense
Which is appreciated

Loved the apartment but they WILL rape you with FALSE charges when you go to leave!! They charged me for new carpet (i cleaned my carpet before i left with a stem cleaner), all new closet doors bc I had them remove them after I moved in so I could hang curtains instead ,(hate how the slider door always came off track so i prefer curtains) and they said they didn't have the doors and didnt know what i was talking about ??!! They charged me for days they had to fix up the apartment for the next... tenants even!! The office stuff are SO rude when you try and talk to them and are never there when they are supposed to be so when id try to ho pay my rent id be waiting forever!! I loved the apartment but hated how they did me at the end!! I paid all my bills, been a clean person, have NEVER not gotten my my deposit back at any other place and I've lived at 4 other apartment complexs!! I was charged my full $1000 deposit puls another $2500!!! This apartment complex WILL screw you!! Don't do it!!! I didn't take pics so I decided to just pay it because my credit was worth it to me!!! This is one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. I've been renting apartments for almost a decade at this point, and this is hands down the best experience I've ever had when it comes to renting an apartment. The property managers are happy to answer questions anytime you have them, and will work with you to ensure that you have more than enough assistance when it comes to the more financial side of things. I have just signed my 2nd lease and I am happy here. Maintenance is quick to take care of any issues and they keep the place pretty clean. The office is not here, but we can do everything online so its not that big of a deal.

currently being charged with a little over $900 for carpet replacement becuase of 3 small thin stains left on my living room .
"MANAGEMENT" girl said red stains dont come off so they had to replace the whole apartment carpet .
plus $50 cabinet damage for leaving small pieces of tape on it.
defiantly DONT recommend these apartments.
security there is horrible , my car got broken into several times and my two neighbors cars got crashed into while they were parked.
