The facility is extremely dated from the 1980s, and the building smells worse than an airplane; the vents and air systems are gross and have dust and bacteria all over them. There are other newer, nicer apartments opening up all over the campus area for just a little more for 21st-century amenities. Parking is a joke for $700, and you have to move your car for the game day party. Reviews don't match what is currently going on here. I contracted an infectious disease here.

I’ve lived here for a year and I found a unit within 3 days with Robbins help. She is the best property manager, and will be there to help with all your needs great place to live for my first time on my own! Very clean and organized atmosphere as well! Great for students on OSU campus.

Good college apartment and convenient
It is very convenient for a student at Ohio State. I am right there next to campus at all times and never really have more than a 15 minute walk to any of my classes. It is pretty nice inside as well and has everything that I would need.

Great
I have lived here for 6 years now, and overall it has been great. The location is convenient to get to anywhere at OSU, but especially north campus. Management is very helpful; any issue I have had was resolved quickly and easily. (They switched management ~5 years ago, so any reviews older than that are not relevant to current management.) The apartments and mostly individually owned, so some have been updated/renovated and some have not. I would highly recommend

Riverwatch Tower
The management team in the office are so helpful. If you are looking for a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom ask for Amber. The application process is easy. You will find that Amber will help you pick out the best condo per your budget. I love the unit P33. The owner is very kind and helpful.
