Don’t move here
You won’t get nothing fixed they get Smart they’re always lying i’ve been waiting for stuff to get fixed for months!!! The pool don’t stay open for too long The parks are unsafe and halfway broken or tore down they make rules up as they go this place is just horrible

Don’t move here!!!
It may look nice on the outside but the inside not too good! Counters in the house falling apart the air and heat seem to only work on the upstairs part of the house and the women in the rental office are very RUDE and inconsiderate! One time i called to get help with a problem with the water temperature and the lady had gotten smart then i assume she thought she hung up and i could hear her conversing with another employee in the office bad mouthing me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if i could give it no... stars i would!!!! Honestly you can not get any help unless you repeatedly call for days at a time and sometimes that does not even work

Don't move there you will be mad
Trash from management to maintenance just don't move that you will regret it looks are deceiving and so are they there's nothing for children to do but play in the parking lot and tear up your car trash on the grounds at all times there's no dumpsters but one you have to take your trash all the way to your dumpster if you don't have a car you have to walk it sad

Horrible
I don't know what kind of management park trails. I was trying to apply for a 2 bedroom apt and the lady from the leasing office told me to send her our income(pay stubs) with email and after she saw our income she sent me back email saying that we're over income we can't apply for the apartment. I thought she was going to see if we have enough income. I've never heard this before . It just crazy
