New Horizons Housing Columbus Ohio property Market Mohawk is a very affordable apartment complex located in the heart of down town Columbus, Ohio. As a previous resident I can attest that the saying, “You get what you pay for” is applicable when characterizing Market Mohawk.
The complex is outdated (fixtures, appliances and overall appearance) reflecting a style of the early 90’s. The care of the property and concern for upkeep and general standards of quality and professionalism are... substandard at best with the notable exception to the fantastic lead matenience Kenny.
What the property lacks in style, standards, quality and general concern for upkeep is minimally made-up for in the large balconies and/or garden patios offered with a wide and unique offering of floor layouts many of which include a free parking spot and/or garage.
You get what you pay for. If it seems too good to be true … it is.
