I have never, in my entire life, dealt with a more incompetent, careless, and downright dangerous apartment complex. From the moment we moved in, it has been nothing but disasters stacked on top of disasters. Leaks in the ceiling, no heat in the dead of winter, AC that doesn’t work in the middle of summer, no hot water—basically, everything you need to live like a normal human being, this place fails at.

Maintenance is a JOKE. A MONTH to fix a faucet? Are you serious? When they finally sent... someone, the maintenance worker BROKE a huge hole in my under-sink cabinet and just LEFT. No apology. No follow-up. A MONTH later, someone finally shows up—and instead of fixing it, they just slap a board over it like that’s acceptable. This is not acceptable. This is lazy, disrespectful, and insulting.

And don’t even get me started on the language barrier. So many maintenance workers don’t even speak English. I understand people are working hard to make a living—but when you’re paying to live somewhere safe, your “workers” should at least be able to understand the problems they’re supposed to fix. Instead, they create more problems.

The absolute worst thing they have ever done? One winter, our furnace broke, and this complex couldn’t get it fixed. For DAYS, we slept in heavy clothes like coats and socks in our own home because management couldn’t care enough to respond in a timely manner. My kids and I were FORCED out of our home in the freezing cold for an entire WEEK just to stay with a family member. That’s not just negligent—it’s abusive. They put my family at risk in our own home. still to this day in the depths of winter we have to wear heavy clothes because even though the heater is working its not strong enough to heat the home when its below 20 degrees outside. We only feel the heat from the heater when outside isnt freezing cold.

And this is nothing new. Cold air blowing under baseboards and cabinets? Complained every year. Nothing is fixed properly. Every “repair” is half-done, sloppy, or causes more damage. I’ve had to fix things myself just to live in a house that should be professionally maintained.

I wish I could move out immediately, but the economy doesn’t make it easy. I am seriously considering legal action because NO family should endure this level of incompetence, neglect, and disrespect.
