Proceed with caution when applying here. I signed a lease based on what was advertised, only to be told the day before move-in that my unit was actually an ADA unit, which was not the floor plan I signed for.
What’s made this even more frustrating is the difficulty in getting my move-in costs and security deposit refunded. Communication has been poor, and despite being told the refunds were processed, I still haven’t received them.
I hope this serves as a heads-up for others to ask detailed... questions before signing.

Wonderful and affordable luxury style living!
I have lived at Gateway Lofts for almost 4 years. I searched all over the area, and it was the most affordable in comparison to other luxury style apartments. The staff is incredibly helpful, maintenance is wonderful, and it’s a quiet and safe community. I like the pool and Starbucks coffee machine. I love living right across from Quarry Trails, too!
