They are slum lords u think it’s a deal at first or that if u always pay ur rent they will treat u better but no they are slow to respond but quick for there hands out

Please don’t move here! This property is infested with roaches & the property manager DOES NOT CARE! I’m just warning the public. Keep your money & go somewhere else. I have been here a week & was told that roaches are not a valid reason to break a lease. This property is happy to take your money & trap you into a lease. Not one time were roaches or infestations mentioned before signing. They will keep telling you about an exterminator. IT DOES NOT WORK for the amount of roaches in this... property! If you are a hard working person & want a decent place to stay. Don’t choose this property unless you want your money taken & want to live with roaches for the duration of your lease.

Hollie is the property manager at this complex and she is truly amazing! She is always there to assist the residents in any way that she can. She especially goes above and beyond for the senior citizens as well as some of less fortune tenants that live here because she genuinely cares about them. I'd recommend checking this place out if you're looking to make a move!

Apartment manager Hollie takes pride in housing new tenants with dignity. She is patient and thorough through the entire process. With Hollie being an on-site property management she gets to know her tenants and it become more of a community instead of just an apartment.

West Bexley has an onsite manager that takes pride in the West Bexley apartment community, not just because she lives on site, but because she believes in housing people with dignity. I have worked with the property manager for nearly a year, helping to find safe affordable housing for so many in our city who struggle with the rising costs of housing. The property manager is fair and explains in detail, each step during the process of becoming a resident at West Bexley. If you are looking for... community and not just a an apartment, West Bexley is your place!
