As much as rent is here, seriously need to update the pool area for the residents. The chairs are from the 90’s and overall it’s very unpleasant to be looking at unfinished landscaping the whole time.

I would never live here due to the lack of customer service and rudeness the lady showed me over the phone.

Moved in a few months ago, nice quiet neighborhood, but the parking is so bad, it literally out weighs anything good about this complex, me and my wife have to park a block away every single night after work since we lived here, I can only imagine how winter will be, they give out parking passes that is supposed to be displayed in vehicle but they obviously don't enforce it at all, I have yet to see any tow company out here, spoke to rental lady about it, and was pretty much told it's nothing... they can do, really regret moving in Read More

But in the winter months days go by without those coming in cleaning sidewalks. Just mostly do the townhomes and in the areas of rental.
