I have been a resident here for close to two years and I can honestly say, I love it here! I love the newly renovated apartments. They are spacious and well taken care of. The manager Tammy is wonderful to work with and she is very attentive to the resident's needs and our safety. The maintenance crew is also awesome! I feel that the rent prices are very fair especially in this market where everything is so expensive. It's also conveniently located near the interstate and the neighborhood... is quiet. I have no complaints.

This is a good option if you're looking for a quiet community to live in
My partner and I have lived here for 7 years and we have truly enjoyed our stay. Our apartment is spacious and perfect for our little family! Ms. Tammy has been a pleasure and has been very helpful and understanding during times of hardship. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful community to live in you've found the right place!

Reserved at capital point
This complex gets a five star from me. Since day one everything has been great. Tammy the leasing manager is a doll. She is very responsive and cares about her tenants. I have had no issues in the going on two years I’ve been here. I love my location and the neighborhood is safe !
