Fulton Flats North is located in Cleveland, OH in the 44144 zip code.
They charged an application fee and created a lease for a specific 2 bedroom unit that was available during the application process. The lease had a move in date for 11/2/2023 and a move out date for 11/1/2024. On 11/2/2023, I was sent an email that said that the 2 bedroom unit was not ready for move in but I could move into a 1 bedroom. I declined the new offer and requested my money back. Plus, I noticed that I was charged an extra fee. I was told that I cannot get my money back because it is... non refundable although they created a lease for a 2 bedroom unit that was never available. On top of that, they said I have to wait 60-90 days to be refunded the extra fee that they were not even supposed to take in the first place. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!!!

Good place for smokers
I lived here before and had to move because of the constant weed smoke in the hallways and entrance ways. The leasing office was very rude. The management company was average. They kept constantly firing leasing agents and replacing them with worse people. These apartments are pretty big but with air conditioning in the walls and leaking bathrooms they need to up grade their apartments if they wanna keep up with what these luxury buildings are offering.

I visited this apartment recently and the rent in reasonable. The area is great, there is grocery stores,fast food, flower store, clothing store all in a one mile radius.
