Foundry Lofts is located in Cleveland, OH in the 44103 zip code.
I've lived here for three years. The property manager and maintenance staff are quick and responsive. The apartments have high quality appliances and wired hookups for great wifi (though you are stuck with Spectrum). The grounds and gym are also well maintained and clean, and it is safe to take a walk around the apartment grounds even at night. With the bus running right in front of the building and a grocery store next door, I have not needed to have a car. Frankly, this is the safest place to... live between downtown and Cleveland Heights. There was a problem with car breakins, and management responded by hiring a security guard to watch the entrance at night. Only issue is that there is an 8% rent hike baked into each lease renewal, and the apartments are already very expensive for this part of Cleveland. All in all great apartment, and I saved more money on not having a car than lost on the rent.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Expensive, and extremely UNSAFE! So small and not worth it given the location. Cars are broken into all of the time and the “Landlord” says he’s looking into it - why are there cameras if you cant pull up the footage? The rent RAISES every lease renewal and no option to go 6 month or month to month unless you want to tack on another 250$. Save your time, peace of mind, and especially money
