You do have the option to purchase... using a bank if you'd like.

Purchase price after 12 month rental period $104,900

You pay $5,000 down payment to get into the opportunity and to show your commitment. We will put that down payment toward you buying the home.

Make improvement during your rental period and we'll give you credit towards your purchase price (receipts & photos required).
