Windsor Flats Rehab is located in Cincinnati, OH in the 45206 zip code.
I have lived at Windsor Flats since 2022, and I will not be renewing my lease for 2026. • The advertised “gated community” is a lie—gates don’t work, code boxes are broken, and doors are often left wide open. • I have had my car broken into eight times, and strangers roam the property checking doors. • The building is poorly lit, with only one security camera covering a small area. • Parking is mismanaged, and management provides no real security despite charging for it. • Communication... from management is slow and unhelpful.
Windsor Flats is unsafe, poorly managed, and misleadingly advertised. Core Redevelopment needs to act immediately. Do not move here.

Ghetto not Luxury
Was not clean or painted for move in….have what looks like bodily fluids running down the walls and thick dust all over. Halls are disgusting. Main door is broken. Gate barely works. Something always needs replaced. I’ve never lived anywhere so bad. It’s an embarrassment we won’t have visitors.

keep it moving people
At first I thought this place was wonderful. Everything was nice and updated and the old school and the new building on the other side of the block was nice also. First thing I hate about this place is that they have Cincinnati bell. Absolutely trash. The equipment they provide is not good and my phone never wants to connect. Zero wiggle room for different providers. In the old school building it’s was very hard to keep my apartment warm. I would literally walk up to the outside walls and feel... the cool air come in and when I went to the windows it felt like I was standing outside. Simple requests cant be filled. The whole building stays dirty. All I’m saying if everyone is at least paying a grand to live here I would want the floors to be cleaner. Climate controlled hallways and stair wells. And the windows inside and out cleaned from cobwebs. It’s like this in both buildings. In the other building I was the lucky one to get one an apartment where some of the doors don’t shut. Super super super annoying, they did nothing about it. Management is trash. If I where you this would be a last resort.

Keep Looking!
Beautifully-renovated, historic building. However, the walls and ceiling are crumbling, and the apartments are drafty. Water pressure can be spotty. Maintenance requests can take months to resolve, and it takes persistence to ensure they are addressed at all. Tenants are notified of dates for routine maintenance, but these visits often do not occur. Calls and emails to building management go unanswered. Tremendously easy to hear any noise (including routine conversation) from surrounding tenants... . Building rules are not enforced. The hallways are not climate controlled, but they are graced with occasional pet waste and marijuana fetor. Parking is expensive, but the parking gate malfunctions (sometimes trapping people inside) more often than not. Do not move here!

Cool, historical apartment
I have lived in Windsor Rehab (the renovated school building) for a year. It's a cool, historical apartment building with a lot of character. Each unit is unique, so be sure to get a tour of the unit you plan to rent before you sign your lease. The apartments are nice, spacious and have up-to-date appliances. The tenants are friendly too, which is an added bonus. And cats are allowed!
This is a very old building though, so at least in the attic, the units are very poorly insulated. My electric... bill in the winter was through the roof, as it was very difficult to keep the apartment warm. I could literally feel the cold air coming through the windows and bricks. The neighborhood is a little rough, but it is beginning to turn. There are some good, local restaurants nearby. The apartment parking lot is gated, but car break-ins still do happen. One night three or four cars got broken into. Keep valuables out of sight in your vehicles.
Overall, this is a good apartment, and rent is reasonable.
