I was told over the phone that I would receive a free parking discount once I signed my contract, and now they are telling me I will not get free parking and have to pay $75 a month for it. When trying to contact upper management, they never respond to my messages or pick up the phone

Living at The Vanguard has been good so far. The unit is in good condition. Facilities like the gym, study rooms, among others makes here a convenient place to live as a student.

Occasional organizing of events geared towards bringing tenants together is a plus.

I like the welcoming attitude of all those who work at the leasing center.

One thing, I noticed though is that sometimes, the hallways get so dirty, and it takes a while to be cleaned.

I acknowledge the efforts of the maintenance...
team but they could be swifter in response.

Amazing place and helping staff. The property is relatively new so everything is fresh. I wish they had 1b1b layout. The staff and maintenance is prompt, never had an issue.

The apartments are pretty nice, however a lot of things were assembled and made very cheaply, it seems the build was done too fast with a lack of focus on quality, the staff is generally pretty helpful, however management has seemed to slow down a lot of processes.
