The management only wants money and couldn't care about our quality of living at the Vanguard. It's really unfortunate because the building itself and the amenities are nice and not too pricey. Very disappointed.

Staff is polite and cooperative, and my neighbors always take care not to steal any deliveries. I get to mind my own business and not be bothered, I really appreciate the privacy and freedom that The Vanguard offers. It wasn't a difficult decision to renew my lease this year!

The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and essentials, which makes errands pretty manageable. Noise levels can vary depending on the time and neighbors, but nothing too out of the ordinary for apartment living.
