Average experience. Hard to communicate with the leasing agents. Prefer if they open a theater in the clubroom and office any time soon. Hope the maintenance fix the issues sooner too.

Living here is comfortable and easy. My only complaint would be noise from the roads but it is city living so I can’t complain too much. Everything works as it should and the amenities and inclusions are wonderful compared to other living communities at similar price points. Overall, this place is a good living community and I like the friendliness of the staff.

Its great living at the vanguard! The Workers have your best interest and the amenities are awesome! I have lived here for about a year and renewed my lease. Living here has been great for my first time living on my own!
