Tenants are price tags and nothing more
All of these 5 star reviews are probably fake or the company themselves. I toured the community recently and the first thing I noticed is a massive paint stain on the sidewalk to the main entry and a pile of dead leaves on top of the bushes in front of a first floor apt…doesn’t seem like responsive management to me. Also, you’re immediately hit with wet dog smell and dirty unkept stairs with stains on the wall.
If that that’s not enough to show management doesn’t care about their tenants we... were shown an apt the has a CURRENT tenant! At first I thought it was a model, but no, they couldn’t wait until they left to tour an empty apt….like a management group would do if they actually cared. I was so thankful they were present…I mean how awkward is that?! Definite pass for me.
